MobileAP, released in May 2020, allows customers to receive their electricity bills on time, no matter where they are. This ensures that you stay on track with your payment schedules and never miss a bill again. Moreover, MobileAP goes beyond bill delivery and also provides a detailed breakdown of your electricity consumption for the past 12 months.
If you're interested in trying out MobileAP for the first time, follow the simple guide below:
1. MobileAP is available for both Android and iOS devices. You can download the app for free from the Play Store or the App Store.
2. Once you have installed the app, open it and tap on "Register Now."
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided to register your Visayan Electric account.
4. Complete your profile by filling out all the required fields. Once done, you will receive a verification code in your email. Enter this code in the designated field within the app.
5. The next step is to add your Visayan Electric account. Choose "Visayan Electric" and accept the Data Privacy Statement.
6. You have the option to give your account a friendly name in the "Friendly Name" field. In the "Account Number" field, enter your account number or ID.
7. As part of account validation and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act, provide any of the last three payment amounts made within the last 12 months or any of your last three kWh consumption values.
8. Tap on "Add Account."
Congratulations! You are now all set to conveniently view and review your electricity bills directly on your smartphone, anytime and anywhere.
