Hosted by the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) as part of Mandaue Business Month 2023, this year's Bakery World proved to be an irresistible attraction for both international and Filipino chefs, baking suppliers, and all those passionate about the culinary arts. Held at the grand Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, the event aimed to be a one-stop haven for established bakery and food businesses, as well as aspiring entrepreneurs.
In his welcoming address, MCCI President Kelie Ko underscored the significance of the baking and food service industry in the Philippines, emphasizing its role in providing employment and livelihood to countless Filipinos.
