At the heart of BCBA's success is its dedicated committee, which was founded by Mark Monta in December 2008 and later joined by fellow organizers such as Agnes Jimenez, Bjorn Bernales, Gezelle Tapangan, Chanel Marie Imperial, and Jaysee Pingkian. As of now, the active members of the BCBA Committee include the founder, Mark Monta, and volunteers Geezelle Tapangan-Maningo. Ms. Nancy Cudis-Ucag represents Cebu as a home-based judge.
